Note: I offer the kind of mentorship I look for, which is deep listening and active feedback. When I hire a mentor, I want to know what they'd advise in my situation rather than for them to just ask me open-ended questions and have me come up with the answers. I prefer conversational back and forth, pausing to seek the Lord as needed, so this is what I provide for my clients.
